On Saturday 2nd March, 2024 the Clarkson Foundation Inc. held its 6th session in its parent education and personal development programme.
17 participants heard Mrs. Melena Simmons from PAREDOS speak on the importance of discipline and self-discipline in dealing with our children, Mr. Steven Williams speak on cypersecurity and protection of our children from the adverse consequences of cypercrimes, including cyperbullying while Director of the Child Care Board, our own Miss. Roseann Richards presented on what it takes to be a caring parent as well as the various resources which are available from the State to assist in this aspect.
We thank Misses Jayde Alleyne, Stacey Medford, Donna Turney and Keela Jordan for again assisting Shanice and Jonathan in taking care of the 9 children who accompanied their Mums.
